DYNEEMA (SK75)

DYNAMICA rope is the most compact dyneema® rope in the world. It has a unique coating that ensures shape stability and increased abrasion resistance for longer working life. The rope is heat set under tension to ensure maximum strength, durability and uniformity. Length, Polyester/PE Cover, traditional splicing and protection of the eyes with fire hose material to customer requirement. Sizes: 4mm to 12mm ex stock, 14mm to 44mm 2 to 4 week delivery, sizes over 44mm also available on request P.O.A.

Uses: Offshore, fisheries, lifting, mooring and towing.

Advantages of Dynamica

*High breaking Strength: Stronger than steel wire rope of the same size.

*Light: 1/16th the weight of steel wire therefore easier to handle.

*Compact: Passed through patented “heat setting process” which means Dynamica is more compact and has higher break strength in its category.

*Safety: Stretches very little, stores little energy which means no lashbacks in the unlikely event of breaking.

*Long Life: UV stabilisation gives the rope long and safe working life. Not affected by oil or water and just as strong in wet, dry and humid conditions.

*Easily Recoverable: Floats in water therefore easy to recover.

*Balanced and easily spliceable: 12 strand construction hence well balanced and easy to splice.

*B/S—Breaking strengths quoted are based either on the Australian rope standards or in the absence of standards the manufacturers stated breaking strength. They are approximate and for comparison purposes only. The breaking strength should never be considered as the safe working load of the rope.
